The secret to waking up early? You have to want it.
We’ve all heard about billionaire entrepreneurs like Tim Cook and Richard Branson waking up at 5am or, *gasp* 4am. But it’s not as simple as setting an alarm early and toughing through it. First of all, you will likely need to get to bed earlier—sleep deprivation is NOT the key to success. Second of all, it’s not only about waking up early, it’s about what you do with the time. Don’t wake up before dawn to answer emails! You’ll get tired of it quickly and go back to pressing snooze.
