Thank you for being a valued Deserve® cardholder. We recognize that the majority of our customers are in college, and the sudden university housing evacuations can be stressful and scary. While many of us are finding it difficult to take in all the news about COVID-19, the health and well-being of our customers, colleagues and community is our top priority at Deserve.

During this time, we encourage you to use Deserve’s digital tools to access your account from home through the Deserve website and the Deserve Mobile App.

We recognize that your credit card might not be your number one concern at this time, but your financial journey is always important to us. If you have any questions or concerns, our customer service team will continue to be available at 1-800-418-2362 from 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. PT Monday through Friday and from 7 a.m. – 12 p.m. PT on Saturdays, or via email at [email protected]
