Why isn't my card working?/ Can I still use my credit card?
In light of recent developments at BlockFi, which are beyond our control, purchasing privileges on your BlockFi Rewards Visa® Signature Card are suspended until further notice. As a result, you will not be able to make purchases using your card. However, you will be able to view your transactions activity, download statements and make payments on any outstanding balance. Do I still make payments to the credit card account?
Yes, you still need to make payments on your card in a timely manner per your cardholder terms of agreement. We may report information about your account to the credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected on your credit report. To make payments on your credit card please sign in to Deserve Card Servicing Portal or you may call the number listed on the back of your credit card.
What is going to happen to all my rewards?
Please contact BlockFi at +1 (646) 779 9688 with any questions about your existing rewards and please refer to your rewards agreement on Blockfi’s website. Since spending privileges on your card are temporarily suspended, you won't be able to use your card for any more purchases or earn additional rewards.
When will my card be turned back on?
Your spending privileges have been suspended until further notice. We are closely monitoring developments with BlockFi and will notify you in a timely manner about any changes to your account.
What is happening with all of my investments? How can I get in touch with BlockFi?

Yes. You will be getting communications from both Evolve Bank and Deserve, Inc., who are the card issuer and card servicer for the BlockFi card, respectively.
